Professional Experience

Prior to joining HPK, Mrs. Franc was a Bankruptcy paralegal for three years and was a U.S. Bankruptcy Court Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Nancy Alquist. Since joining HPK Mrs. Franc has been an Associate in the Business Services Department, providing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 legal advice and representation to individuals, as well as advice on bankruptcy alternatives, to consumers facing debt collection, garnishment and foreclosure. In addition to her bankruptcy and debt collection/negotiation services, Mrs. Franc has represented clients in child custody/access and child support matters, absolute and limited divorce hearings, as well as in settlement negotiations in many family law matters.

Additional Information

As a Frostburg alumni, Mrs. Franc returns to Frostburg to speak at Career Day Expos as part of the Homecoming & Leardership Weekend. She also volunteers to assist with Homecoming activities with the Student Government Association and remains active with the Frostburg chapter of her sorority.
